Shipping

Most of Our Products are Shipped Same Day by USPS Priority Mail; and/or USPS First Class Mail - (which delivers anywhere in US, including P.O. Boxes). BestAmulets.com has a Right to Choose the Best Shipping Method for each order, depending on Product(s) Purchased. Out of Stock Items will be sent out to you as soon as they become available, which is usually happens within a Week. If you do not wish to wait for Out of Stock Items, Please inform us, and we will Cancel the Out of Stock Items from your Order and will issue Refund. We will Ship your Order to the Address, which you (Customer) specifies at the time the Order is placed. Please double check Shipping Address for Accuracy, as the Order will be shipped to the Address Specified by You (Customer). If You (Customer) did not Provide us with the Correct Shipping Address, then the Order may get lost, and we will not hold any responsibility for the Lost Package. You (Customer) will be Completely Responsible for Locating the Package, by Calling and/or Contacting the Shipping Carrier. Shipping is FREE if your Order is $100.00 or more; and You are located within the US Territories. For NY Residents, your Order Must be $100.00 before Taxes. Overnight and expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Please Inquire for Expedite Shipping before Placing your Order. If you'd like your order shipped to an address that's different from your billing address, please make this clear when you place your order.

International orders will have a Different Shipping Schedule, depending on Country, where the Order should be send. In Most Cases, the Shipping Charge is about $14.99 US. All International Orders should be about $30.00 US or Over in order to be processed and shipped to the Customer. International Orders less then $30.00 US will not be shipped.

Sales Tax

We do not charge our Customers any Sales Taxes. But if you reside in State of New York, we Must charge you an Applicable New York State Sales Tax. This is because our Company is Registered as Retail New York Corporation, and it is Mandatory for us to charge New York Sales Taxes from New York Residents.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Money Back Guarantee. Your total satisfaction is our goal. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) in saleable condition. We encourage you to Call Us, so we may Direct you in How to and Where to send Returned Items.

PLEASE NOTE: If your Original Order was $100.00 or More and you were entitled to a Free Shipping. If your Returned Items will reflect the Original $100.00 Order, and the Rest of Kept Items will be less then $100.00, then we would Charge you $8.00 Flat Rate for the Shipping. The same will occur if you return all ordered Items.

All products must be in their original packaging for a full refund (not including shipping & handling fees). For exchanges, again, all products must be in their original packaging. You may also choose to receive online store credit toward exchanges. You must pack your item(s) securely with proper protection. If you return Your Items without items being damaged, and/or being wrong items, then you will also be billed 15% Restocking Fee. Restocking Fee is Charged to Avoid Abuse and to Maintain Quality and Affordable Service to others. For your protection, obtain proof of delivery from the carrier of your choice. As well, it is recommended to purchase Insurance in case your Return Package may be damaged in transit. Damages Policy

Damages Policy. If your merchandise is damaged, you must save all packaging and call us at 1-347-682-3620 as soon as you receive your shipment. Our business hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time. If you call after business hours, leave a message and we will get back to you on the next business day. We will contact USPS and/or UPS to start the process of inspection and issuance of a claim number. As soon as that is resolved, we will get a replacement to you in a timely manner with no extra shipping charges. We take pride in our packing / shipping standards, always allowing for maximum protection by using oversized boxes in relation to product size. We want you to have a hassle-free experience.

We enclose Free Gifts with Every Purchase. You may get Really Nice and Attractive Gifts absolutely Free, however, All Gifts are Free ONLY with Purchase. If you have decided to return your Purchased Item(s), then it is Important to Understand that All Free Gifts Must be Returned as well. If we feel that the Stone is slightly smaller then it should be, we will include one more. Care is taken in the packing of each order to make sure you are getting the best quality and quantity.
